My name is Dawn. I am a single mother of 2 beautiful and courageous loving boys. One of which is my oldest, Justin and I am posting this campaign fully on his behalf.
Justin is a respectful, caring, and utterly ambitious 14 year old who aspires to be a surgeon when he grows up. At the age of 4 Justin was diagnosed with a learning disability and has gone through a tremendous amount of hurdles to get him to all that he's achieved to date.
Although he has a learning disability that has never stopped Justin from giving his all in everything that he does.
Justin is currently in the 8th grade and was accepted to the private high school of his dreams. And while he was accepted, I was given a small portion of financial aid that is still is not enough for me (as a single mother to 2 sons) to be able to afford the monthly tuition. More than anything I want to see all of my son's dreams come true. And for Justin to continue to be the successful young man that he is.
Currently Justin has a 3.3 GPA. That alone shows his hard work and determination.
The amount that I am campaigning for will cover part of Justin's tuition for the 2015-16 school year in addition to miscellaneous fees charged by his school (technology fees, athletic fees, summer school, etc).
