We all unexpectedly lost an extraordinarily kind man on Monday, February 26th when Thomas “Odie” O’Donnell passed away at his home from natural causes. He was only 45 years young. He leaves behind a loving wife, parents, siblings, family and many friends he’s touched along the way, but most heartbreaking is he leaves behind 3 young daughters - Hailey, Gracie, and Caroline. The world lost a genuine and kind man yesterday but Alison and his girls lost their hero, coach, superman, provider, protector, date to upcoming father daughter dances, fix it all man, their rock and their Dad/Husband.
How You Can Help?
Messages, notes, hugs and loving memories of Tom to the family during this tragic time are needed. That said, we also need to try to ease the financial burden that comes with losing someone so suddenly. This memorial fund will be used to help the family and to help establish a small nest egg for each of the 3 young daughters for their future. Odie would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need and more. So please, ANY donation, no matter how small is greatly appreciated. We thank you with all of our hearts. Those parents of the children he coached know firsthand just how generous he was with his time giving back and the patience/compassionate he shared with your children.

And those that were blessed to call him a friend whether from High School, College, Lax+Hockey teams, Newport or the Cape, work or where ever know he was always there for you no matter what you needed with his big warm Odie smile.

We love you Odie, we miss you, we will never ever forget you and know your family is now in the hands of a large generous network of people that will never stop loving them.
Godspeed to one of the few perfect people on this planet taken too soon. We all gained a guardian angel yesterday in our Friend/Father/Husband/Son/Brother taken too soon in Thomas O’Donnell.
