<div>My music grew from my own journey: learning to be present in the body, to meet old wounds with honesty, and to listen to the quiet wisdom that lives inside us all. Through mantras, medicine songs, and original pieces, I discovered that music can be a doorway ; back to the heart, back to peace, back to our essence.

<div>Each track on this album carries a different facet of that remembrance: gratitude to Life, to everything that surrounds us, and heals us devotion, courage to let our light shine, and the gentle invitation to listen deeply to the Earth and to our inner silence.
