Octavio Lizarde Walmart Shooting Victim

As you may know, there was a mass shooting at Walmart in El Paso, TX this past Saturday August 3.
Unfortunately, among the victims was my husband Octavio Lizarde who got shot in the foot while shielding his nephew Javier Amir who sadly passed away.
Octavio had his first surgery as soon as he arrived to the hospital and he will endure his second surgery on Tuesday.
We are asking for any kind of help as he is expected to have 6 surgeries in total and is expected to be off work for at least 6 months
He has a daughter and a son to take care of as well as other expenses and he does not have medical insurance.
Prayers would be appreciated for a speedy recovery..
Como sabrán, hubo un tiroteo masivo en Walmart en El Paso, TX, el pasado sábado 3 de agosto.
Desafortunadamente, entre las víctimas estaba mi esposo Octavio Lizarde, quien recibió un disparo en el pie mientras protegía a su sobrino Javier Amir, quien lamentablemente falleció.
Octavio tuvo su primera cirugía tan pronto como llegó al hospital y sufrirá su segunda cirugía el martes.
Estamos pidiendo cualquier tipo de ayuda, ya que se espera que tenga 6 cirugías en total y estará fiera del trabajo durante al menos 6 meses.
Tiene una hija y un hijo que cuidar, así como otros gastos y no cuenta con seguro medico.
