OBO Ballaholics - EBC Scammed us!

We are the OBO Ballaholics from Oklahoma. We are a youth competitive traveling basketball team comprised of boys from all over the state of Oklahoma.
Our organization joined the new youth basketball traveling organization called Elevate Basketball Circuit back in November, which seemed legit at the time! Our players spent countless hours fundraising money to join the Elevate Basketball Circuit for the last 6 months. Our parents contributed lots of money to the purchase of uniforms, fees, and travel required by the EBC.
As of Sunday April 12th, the President of EBC shut down the entire league and all communications to over 1000+ teams who signed up for this league with no explaination at all as to what happen. We are left with no league, no games to play, and no expectations of any refund of the $5000+ we gave them for registration, fees, uniforms, ect. We worked so hard to join this circuit and had high expectations to place our boys in front of college scouts in hopes to being recruiter to one day play on the college level and all that ended as of Sunday without notice.
We want to bring attention to this story as well as all the other teams that were affected by Elevate Basketball Circuit and their scamming thousands of dollars away from players of all ages across the country.
We our one of the leading teams pursuing justice for all of the teams affected by this scam. Now that we have to start over from scratch we are asking simply for a donation of any dollar amount. We have a long run ahead of us to make up what our boys lost and hopefully get back out on the basketball court sooner than later.
