Obi the dog needs emergency surgery

Obi, my much-loved 3 year old doggo, needs emergency surgery today to remove a foreign object from his intestine, after eating something he should t have. The poor pup is booked in today after spending all of yesterday and overnight trying to pass it (unsuccessfully). Vet bills are super expensive and this surgery and aftercare has been quoted to cost $7,000-$10,000 so far.
The alternative is euthanasia- and that is not an option. I will do anything I can to save my pup (and his brother, Reuben's, best mate) and i appreciate any little bit you can help with.
Will post the invoice to anyone requesting on receipt from the vet hospital.
