For over ten years we have been praying about the purchase of this property for Widows, Orphans, a Bible Training Center, Weddings and Conferences. The Property sold and then this amazing Lodge was built. We never coveted this property but we just lifted it to the Lord! Those who purchased this property made huge investments into it hoping to use it for Veterans. But it was not to be when in 2008 the Economy went belly up. Sadly for those who bought it they could not fulfill their vision and they listed the property for 14 million. We prayed about making an offer but the Lord spoke to our hearts that it was not time. Now the property is being offered to start at 1,200,000.00. God has connected us with those of great vision and passion for this vision. Please pray about this project and your possible involvement!

Property Info:
Onsite facilities include a 71,250 SF Main Lodge, (18 oversized rooms; ±80% complete;), a ±12,000 SF Main House, a ±2,500 SF Guest House, a ±665 SF Cottage, a ±6,160 SF Historic Barn built in the late 1840s and several outbuildings including a woodshop, Quonset hut, plus a ±50-acre pasture (completely fenced in 2014), ±3 springs, and a creek.

The ±634 acre estate,132 acres, allowing for commercial uses such as a resort, restaurant, spa, private club, conference center, corporate retreat, etc. An additional ±60,000 SF of residential development is allowable.

Water is provided by a spring that never runs dry, as well as a deep well that provides water for the main house, cottage and a separate deep well to provide water for the Lodge. A large (75,000 gallon) water tank on the hill behind the main house that will store and provide water for the Lodge and act as part of the fire suppression system in the Lodge. There are numerous other springs located all over the entire 634 acres including an area that never freezes over in the deepest coldest winters located in the fenced area used for cattle.

Natural gas is provided by Columbia Gas.
Electricity is Phase III and is provided by Med-Ed/First Energy Corp. Electrical was upgraded in the main house to 800 amps in 2012. Electricity is available in all buildings on the property including the barn, workshop, and Quonset hut and houses.
