Residency Visa

In 2013 I met a guy that took my breath away, so that summer I went to visit him in his home country of New Zealand. We were off to an amazing start, he had the most beautiful smile I'd ever seen and stole my heart from the start. In early 2014 I came to stay with him again, this time for 3 months, that was all my visitor visa would allow. We had an amazing time and I got to see more of beautiful New Zealand. It crushed my heart to have to leave him behind. So at the end of August 2014 I applied for a working holiday visa and it was granted, so back to be with my Angelface ( as I've grown fond of calling him <3). We're still living together now, we've moved into our own house, gotten a kitten to start our small family.  We're very happy together :). I found out today ( March 9th) that to apply for residency cost $930 + cost for chest x-rays (to check for TB) and other documents in order to apply. Any and all help would be awesome and greatly appreciated.
