OAKRIDGE HOLIDAY HOPE 2023

AT OAKRIDGE: WE TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES * WE TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER * WE TAKE CARE OF THIS PLACE

We are all part of the Oakridge family, and we want to do something special to bring our community together to support one another this time of year. We hope you will join us by participating in Oakridge’s 4TH Annual Holiday Hope Campaign. Last year, thanks to the generous donations of Oakie families, alumni, community members, and local businesses, we raised $9,000 to support over 80 Oakridge families--we would like to do it again! Our goal is to raise money over the next few weeks to directly support Oakridge families who could use an extra boost this holiday season.

It’s EASY to participate:

1. Make a gift in any amount to the Oakridge Holiday Hope GoFundMe to purchase gift cards for families. In partnership with Oakridge Elementary School social worker, Tahira Rehman, we will take care of the rest and/or

2. Buy gift card(s) to Giant or Target in $25 increments and drop off at Oakridge Elementary Front Office, Monday – Friday between 9 am and 3 pm, and/or

3. Spread the word by forwarding this link to friends and family, asking them to support. Don't forget to post on your social media.

Please give as generously as you can. The deadline for giving is Saturday, December 9th.

Want to Do More? Consider getting your children involved! Can they do a hot chocolate or friendship bracelet stand to raise money to buy a gift card? Put your child’s gifts and talents to work and see how we can engage our students in this activity of taking care of each other this holiday season.
