Austin's wheelchair van

Austin was born in 2007 and diagnosed with several physical ailments which has included a lifelong prognosis of Cerebral Palsey. This means that musclular control via the brain has somehow been damaged at birth.
Ausitns mother and I have looked into private agencies and government agencies to see if there are resources available to Ausitn for vans that are equiped to load a wheelchair and Autin together into the vehicle for transportation to no avail. 
We intially purchased a used 2006 Sienna and had a manual ramp installed in the van (which anything dealing with healthcare related equipment is not cheap) and hoped this would carry us over until he is ten, but unfortunately it has broke down.
Normally, we have done what we can to help Austin, but this has been very overwhelming to us.
As friends and family and strangers that would like to help our son, I hope to ask for your kindness in contributing towards the purchase of a new van becasue a new wheelchair ramp equiped van runs in the $70,000.00 range which is out of our reach unfortunately...
