Bubba's Medical Fund

Bubba Lee Schill is a long-time Telluride local who has contributed much to the culture and funkiness of the town.  He is a writer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and tutor for children who want to learn music.  He has also been the creator of the best damn ice cream this town has ever tasted.  Over the years, Bubba has made many friends, some of whom have become like family. 

Bubba's health has become a pressing issue of late.  Unfortunately, his struggle with alcohol has left him in need of professional help.  Because the help he needs is not covered under the auspices of Medicaid, we are establishing this fundraising site to help Bubba get the help he needs.

He has agreed that treatment for his condition is important and the sooner he receives help the better. It is in this spirit that we ask for a donation to get Bubba back to a state of health and happiness.
