Jon Dressler Medical Fund

My name is Jon and I am 32 years old. I have a wife and three children. I live in Fredericksburg Virginia. I have been a Lineman with Dominion Power for 8 years. I volunteer for United Way and I participate in Walks to Support Autism. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 Sarcomatoid Renal Cell Carcinoma. It is a very aggressive form of kidney cancer. I immediately started chemo to shrink the tumor. The doctors will not remove the infected kidney until it has.

I am the sole provider for my family. My wife is unable to work because of health issues of her own. My 9 year old son was diagnosed with Autism at 2 years old. He has had to have speech and occupational therapy. 

 We bought our first home in 2013 and are now at risk of losing it because of the financial strain my treatment has put on us. I am currently traveling to UVA in Charlottesville for my chemo treatments weekly.
