Help Injured Soldier Move

Donation protected
My name is Kelan Sullivan and I have a beautiful 8 month old daughter named Kaycie. My wife of three years, Kathleen, has been in the Army for almost 4 years and is now stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord.
She has developed an incurable nerve disease known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome after two failed surgeries for a right wrist injury she sustained while we were stationed in Germany. CRPS is known as the most painful chronic pain condition in existence and we have desperately been looking for a way to decrease her unbearable pain that has spread up her entire right arm and leg. After no relief from months of conventional treatment, we were forced to try an experimental treatment called a ketamine infusion.
While at Madigan Army Medical Center for the ketamine infusion, she is thought to have suffered a small stroke in her brainstem causing exotropia which is like extreme double vision and fainting spells. She also had multiple falls causing her to break her wrist and finger on the affected hand requiring her to have a third surgery which is devastating with CRPS. Because of the exotropia and the CRPS worsening in her arm and leg she is now confined to a wheelchair and has to wear an eyepatch and arm splint and sling.
After 6 weeks she is finally home. I had to quit my job to become her full time care giver and to take care of our daughter. Our problem is that we now live in a two story apartment that is unsafe for my wife to live in. The wheelchair can't fit into the first floor bathroom which has no shower or stabilizing bars to help her. It is also too small for two people to stand in so she has almost fallen multiple times. There are also stairs coming into the apartment, the kitchen is too slim to fit the wheelchair, and she is sleeping on an inflatable mattress on the floor. We have been approved by the Army for handicap housing but they are not going to pay for us to move unless we wait 30-60 days for the Army to possibly give us funding. Because we can't wait that long with these unsafe conditions we have to pay for the move ourselves.
Please give whatever you can. Many of you have been praying for us. We thank you and hope that that continues but we are in a bind and really need your help with financing this move and other expenses. This illness has been devastating and we are doing everything we can to keep her safe in her own home so that she can heal. Please help us show her how many amazing and caring friends she has.
