Kristin & Jay's Medical Fund Part 2

As many of you know, Jay was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer back in December. Kristin's friend, Angie, started a Gofundme account then to help cover the cost of mounting medical bills, medicines, and lost wages. That money was a God-send! Unfortunately, due to Jay's intense chemotherapy and radiation treament, Kristin has had to drastically cut her work hours. The money that Angie had initially raised is gone, and the bills are piling up. Jay has surgery scheduled up north in a few short months. This is another added expense to their already mounting debt. This couple is in dire need of our help. Please take a moment and donate if you can. No amount is too little. Below is the original story that Kristin's friend, Angie, posted back in December for those of you who do not know about Kristin and Jay's journey:
"Late at night on December 14, Kristin wisked her husband, Jay to the hospital thinking that he was suffering from appendicitis or a gall bladder attack. Little did she know, their world would change that night.
The doctors soon realized that Jay's illness was much more serious. Just a few short hours later, he would learn that he was in a fight for his life, against a dreaded silent killer. He was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer at just 50-years-old.
Just a few weeks prior to this, Jay had just accepted a new job. A new job that didn't yet include benefits.
Kristin is currently out of work, staying by Jay's side at the hospital to help with his care. Medical bills are mounting exponentially by the day and living expenses continue add up. As friends of Kristin and Jay it is devestating to see such a caring, compassionate and selfless couple have their world turn upside down in the blink of an eye.
Kristin, an avid animal rescuer, works tirelessly to save dogs in need. Often working late into the night to save one life at a time. Jay, supports her every step of the way, and assists in any way that he can. Whether it is staying up all night to build a hot pink kissing booth for the rescue, or cuddling their foster animals to rehabilitate and prepare them to be the perfect pet for another family, Jay and Kristin go the distance to help the forgotten souls who need a guardian angel.
Now it is Kristin and Jay's turn to need some guardian angels. It is our hope that together, we can help ease the financial burden this cruel disease is causing. No amount is too big or too small and every bit will help ensure that Kristin is afforded the ability to be right where she should be, at Jay's side.
