Quality of Life Support

I am a 36 yr old single mother of one. In 2008 I was diagnosed w systemic Lupus but I almost died in 2011 and Nov. 2014 when it began affecting my kidney. Since, 2011I have Lupus Nephritis. I have worked in the social service field the majority of my professional career so, helping others is what I do for a living. I became very ill n have not bn able to return back to work since Nov. 2014. Everyday is a struggle n I'm having difficulty maintaining household, medical, n prescription bills. This has been a very humbling experience and I had to put my pride aside to ask for help.
