Help surprise my 3rd graders!

I have been very blessed to be able to teach the same group of children for the last 4 years. I taught them from kindergarten through currently third grade. It is a unique experience I have been able to take part in with this group of wonderful children.  I work at an innercity school. I have been one of the only constants in their life. I have been honored and proud to be there for them. I do not plan to move with them to 4th grade and I know they will be devestated. Their plan was for me to teach them till college. It will be heartbreaking to have to tell them.  I love them all and have gotten to know them and their families very well. 
I am looking for any donations that can help me buy each of them a personalized present and make personalized scrapbooks with memories over the past 4 years. Each gift will be thought out based on interests/personality of that particular child (ex. dance lessons prepaid for).  It will be focused around the arts as I want o help give them something to be passionate about and help them get into art schools so they can have a bright future!! I would give them the world if I could! I am trying to make this transition a little easier for them with a special gift that will give them experiences they just cannot afford to partcipate in. Please help me make this surprise happen! Thank you so much for any help!!
