David's Dream to Help Chester walk

Chester’s Dad, David had his pugs out on errands with him when a woman walked up to him and asked him if he wanted a 2 year old pug. She was going to have him euthanized because he was too much work for her. David didn't hesitate and said yes. He followed her home and Chester was his.
Chester legs were malformed from birth. If he had the surgery when he was just a puppy on his legs it would have been a simple surgery and his legs would have been all right. Sadly by the time David adopted Chester it was too late. But don’t feel sorry for this little guy – he is a very happy little one – he doesn't know he is handicapped. He can even jump up on the chair.
But David has a dream for his boy – a dream that Chester can not only walk but run! The company 3D Systems create prosthetics with a 3Dprinter that will allow Chester to not only walk but run just like the dog Derby! (You can see the prosthetics and Derby in this video.) 3D Systems has sent David’s vet the cast for Chester’s legs. It’s ready – we just needs the $1,500 to get his new legs.
David’s other pug is a therapy dog who visit veterans. Wouldn't it be great for Chester to be a therapy pug too! Let’s help Chester Walk and roll!!!!!
