France Internship

Hey Everyone!

As some of you may know, one of my biggest goals in life is to open up a restaurant... or a bunch of them! I am currently enrolled in the Culinary Program, at the Culinary Academy, at Seattle Central Community College. Fortunately I am able to have most of my schooling paid for through the G.I. Bill.  

There is an opportunity to travel to France for a paid internship. This is my first ambition after school to help "master my craft". The cost of the program includes language training, room & board, meals and interning at a hotel/restaurant that rates at least 1-michellin star or greater.

I feel that this program will not only help me reach my goals, but will also be an invaluble life lesson in a part of the world I have never been. The cost of this program is about $8,000.00. Every little bit helps, and I appreciate anyone who can assist me in fulfilling my dream.
