In 2009, we lost our beloved Alison Friedrich Berry in a car accident. Alison had an infectious smile, lived life to the fullest and always laughed out loud. Her fun-loving personality drew people in and her selfless giving of herself and her time made everyone around her feel special and loved.
With a heart as big as her laugh, Alison changed the lives of those around her just by being Ali.
Ali loved to dance and was a dedicated Tigerette Officer at Carroll High School ,her giving countless hours to choreographing routines, teaching dance, and leading the team the Colonel.
The responsibility of a Tigerette Officer comes with a lot of work - splitting time between academics and dance, it's a position that is a life changing experience and opportunity.
In memory of Alison, this year they will start awarding the Alison Friedrich Outstanding Dance Officer Award at the Tigerette Banquet in May. We would like to add to the honor of receiving the award and include a college scholarship for the receipient!
