This fund was set up to raise money for Mr. Ja'Derrick James of Sicily Island, LA.
On Friday, February 27th, Ja'Derrick was on his way to pick up a friend, when an unknown number of suspects, unexpectedly opened fire into his vehicle. Tragically, one of the bullets that was fired went through Ja'Derrick's neck, severing his spinal cord. He is now in ICU at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Ja'Derrick is currently on a ventilator and according to doctors, is now paralyzed from the neck down, though we are asking for continued prayers for the Lord to work His miracles! Ja'Derrick is a father, and a great daddy at that, to his 5 month old son Jaiden. He and Jaiden were always seen together supporting their favorite basketball team, the Sicily Island Tigers.
Ja'Derrick's journey back to health is going to be a long one, so we (Family and Friends) are asking you to PLEASE help us in anyway you can to make this journey back to health a little easier for Ja'Derrick and little Jaiden. Thank you and God bless you all!!!
