<div>For years, I have suffered silently from autoimmune health issues, such as chronic hives, a mysterious pins-and-needles feeling all over my body every night making it difficult to sleep, waking up with no energy, fatigue, and chronic sinus and ear infections, to name a few. I struggle to find food to eat that doesn’t trigger my symptoms.
