Please help me with bills

As many of you may know I have been going through a significant amount of medical issues. Due to these issues I have been out of work much more than I have been in work.
This most recent time I was out of work from December 14th until March 11th. While i have returned to work, it is part time and only 20 hours a week. This has made simply paying my regular bills, let alone any medical bills, virtually impossible.
Making this go fund me page and asking for help has been very difficult for me. I desperately wanted to try to make it on my own but I truly cannot.
The money I'm asking for would be going towards paying my rent, my car payment, my car insurance, back health insurance to work. Groceries, for me and my cats, gas to get to and from work and continue my therapies, acupuncture and medical appointments.
