Nykeba and Erik's Baby Adoption

We're adopting! From the moment Nykeba and I (Erik) fell in love, we knew we wanted to have a family and quickly started trying to conceive a child. We have been on this journey of growing our family for quite a while now.

Years ago, I (Nykeba) had myomectomy surgery to remove tumors that were in my uterus. After my surgery my doctor told me that I needed to hurry up and have a child. After over a year of trying, we realized that we needed help. We began extensive fertility testing and treatments only to learn that my left tube is blocked and I only have a couple eggs. This was so devastating to us as we came to realize that our dream to have our own biological child could not happen. After receiving this news, adoption spoke to both of us as our true purpose.

We are now beginning our journey to adoption, and with your help our dream of having a child can come true! Adoption can be very expensive. The average total cost after agency fees, legal fees, home study, etc. is between $30,000 - $40,000.
