<div>I’m running the NYC marathon on 5th November and would love my efforts to make a difference in our community.

<div>The Blue Tree Project is a WA charity set up to help spark difficult conversations and kick the stigma of mental health. We're doing this by painting deceased trees blue and bringing communities together to create safer spaces and places to talk about mental health.

<div>These blue trees act as conversations starters and visual reminders to check in on your loved ones, mates going through a rough time, and checking in on yourself. Our project has now spread right across Australia and other parts of the world.
