Samuel's Surgery Trip- May 29th

Hi everyone!  We were sad to find out late last month that Samuel will have to have yet another surgery in May :(   We will be in MD for 10-12 days. 
This time when we go, we would love for the whole family to be able to go to Maryland. It is very difficult for the boys to be apart from each other and mama and daddy.  
We will most likely receive tickets from an organization for Alan, Renee and Samuel (Savannah is free to fly), but we would need to purchase a ticket for Shawn.  
While there, we also have the added expenses of gasoline, food costs, and the Ronald McDonald House.
