Save our oceans

Over the weekend of 10/24/2020 I went to a restaurant/tiki bar on the beach in our beautiful Tampa Bay, Florida. When I ordered a drink, the waitress brought it and it had a plastic straw in it. I asked the waitress if she has paper or biodegradable straws and she said, “No”. That really upset me to the point that I had to do something about it. I am making this as a normal person who cares about our oceans. My goal is that not only myself, but our future generations can enjoy these beautiful beaches and sea life for many more years to come. I am going to take the money earned from this every month and buy bio straws to supply to not only this restaurant, but any other restaurants on the water that do not currently carry them. The goal would be to make such an impact, that these restaurants and bars start buying them instead of plastic straws. The water has always been a passion of mine, and even if you don’t enjoy the water as much as others, I hope that you will take a moment to donate to our future generations. This isn’t about us, this is about the future, and the wildlife affected.
