My mothers medical expenses

My mom who is a loving and very caring soul was unfortunately found living with a tumor in her pelvis which she had successfully removed at the Loma Linda Hospital in San Bernindino. She's currently in a recovery home in Hemet but needs to regularly see her doctor to check her wounds, we were lucky enough for our insurance to cover her cost for her surgery, but our insurance no longer is able to cover any costs regarding her transportation back to the hospital for her check ups. To bring her there and back would cost close to $600 each time. We no longer have sufficient funds to bring her there and back and she's unable to get in a vehicle for us to get her there ourselves.
