help get my girls back

Hi my name is Sianna Martinez, I am starting a go fund me on behalf of my mom and little sisters to get a lawyer to get my sisters home with my mom. 2020 has been a hard year not just for us but for everyone, but this past year my little sisters Rikki (7) Arleigh (16) were taken away from my mom because CPS said my mother was "failing to protect against Richard Mijares " Richard is my sister Rikkis dad, he would beat my mom, and since my mom left him back in 2017, he has stalked us, I along with our neighbors have pictures and videos of him outside our apartments with binoculars at all hours of the night ... before this had started my mom allowed Rikki to see her dad but that quickly stopped when Rikki told my mom she no longer wanted anything to do with her dad because he told his own daughter that he hated her because my mom didnt want to be with him, my mom no longer allowed rikki to see her dad, then the stalking started, slashing my tires, my moms, and even neighbors in our complex, he would throw rocks at our window, i have pictures of him writing in the alleys of our apartments in marker letters to my mom, also on the concrete in front of our place, my mom has called the cops every single time hes around messing with us, watching us, or causing damage to peoples things, the police department never does anything when we call not once, he has gotten away with everything my mom has tried to get a restraining order and they would not grant it to her up until July 2020 when it was granted. My mom has called the police every time because they are supposed to protect us, we showed them the cameras in our apartment complex that clearly show him vandalizing or harassing and stalking us and they still do nothing she has argued with the police over this multiple times and it is as if they do not care, our neighbors have also called the cops on him, 2 of our neighbors actually have restraining orders on him as well, and even with the restraining order he is still around and we call the cops again and nothing is done, my mom has always protected us girls and has been an amazing mom, we all have gotten good grades, and were raised with standards and morals my mom is the most caring and loving mother, and has raised us to be the best we can be and has always taught us right from wrong. CPS has lied, they have twisted our words and it is not right my mom has done everything they have asked of her finished all her parenting classes that she started on her own, they have been taken since July, and my mom finished everything in august, my sisters are currently with mine and my sister arleighs dad, but my lttle sister rikki is NOT happy all she knows is my mom, she is hurting and needs to be with my mom, it has been months my mom has done everything and cps is just lying and threatening to put my sister in a foster care for no reason, my mom is not allowedt to even speak with her on the phone but only have visitations once a week for 2 hours which she has not seen her in about 3 weeks because of this whole COVID, we dont have money to get a lawyer... so were asking please if anyone can help with whatever it would mean the world to us and if you can not help send a prayer, we need to get my sisters home ASAP. Whenever i see my sister Rikki she just cries and tells me how much she misses my mom and wants to come back home... anything helps i know times are tough for us all so whatever it is helps, We appreciate you all and god bless!
