Christine’s Medical Fund

This is Christine Helms, wife to Chayce Helms and mom to two children and three step children.   She is also niece to a couple of my best life long friends.

Christine has high-grade, very aggressive, soft tissue sarcoma and is in urgent need of specialized medical treatment.  

Initially, she went to Memorial Hermann in Houston where it was biopsied, they gave her sepsis, failed to give her the biopsy results in a timely fashion,  held her off until it was too big to operate on, told her she needed chemo but then denied her because of no insurance. The family has been struggling to find medical help.
She  has now been admitted to MD Anderson and potentially going to receive treatment,
Memorial Hermann has not been cooperative and is delaying getting medical records to MD Anderson as requested.  

Her husband Chayce is currently out of work taking care of the children.  With the loss of income, the family is facing financial difficulty and could use assistance that will go towards medical bills, transportation; food and lodging.
