My name is Tabitha goins since I lost my husband last july I have been struggling now since my health is gone down I have lost my job I have lost feelings in my hands I can't hardly work I can't even drive down the rd hold the steering wheel I can't brush my hair or anything I need help am about to lose my house my car I hardly have no food in my house I really need help anything will helpand I will be going to the doctor again thx for ur time
