Help me get my Boys back

For those of you that have known me either a day, week, year, years, decade, decades or all my life you would know that I NEVER ask for help, other than prayer. I always try to make everyone else around me see the better parts of their situation, with laughter, hugs and LOVE! With that said I've been most humbled by my current situation. I am at my darkest and lowest place. Putting my pride aside I am now asking for help.
After 13 years of marriage Michael and I have decided to divorce. Since this decision my world has been forever changed. When this first started decisions that I made were based on the fact that Michael would continue to help me and that I could be an active part in our sons lives according to things Michael and I had discussed.
Before Michael returned back to Korea, we decided to send the kids to New York until he would return in April and then we would all move to Florida (Michael flew his father into Little Rock and Lloyd drive the boys back to New York in the 2012 Kia). Well, that is no longer the case. Michael and I were not going to go through lawyers which now is also not the case. Michael had me served a week and a half ago not only for divorce but for primary custodian of the boys.
Our boys have no idea of what is going on and Michael and his parents have decided to have the boys remain New York until the summer. Michael deems me unfit and will not allow me to be with them. After I went to two free consultations both attorneys were in agreement that the first step is to get my children back since I did not give up any of my parental rights. With that said my time is running out. Everyday I'm not with them my case gets weaker. If I don't get them by March 12, it is considered abandonment and they will then be considered residents of New York. Michael will have full control of the situation.
Michael has not provided any support to me since he left in January, he moved me out of base housing and I live with friends, Michael pays no rent even though he collects it monthly since Elijah and Ethan live in New York and I live with friends. The last bit of money I had was used towards repairing the paid off 1999 Pontiac Michael left me which broke down two days after he left. I have tried to get a loan, credit cards and even selling my belongings to come up with the money's I need to go get Elijah and Ethan and retain a lawyer but all my efforts are to no avail. Since everything was always in Michael's name and he had always been the financial supporter and I secondary finance and primary caregiver.
Michael refuses to help with anything because he knows I have no money and I'm running out of time, he has dropped me from all accounts and I have zero access to them. When calling Elijah and Ethan I'm usually on speaker phone so my soon to be ex in laws can hear every conversation, they read all texts messages, and are in every FaceTime so they report back to Michael what the boys and I discuss.
I need $500-700 for a one way ticket to New York, $ for gas and hotel for the trip back from New York and $1000 to retain a lawyer. Yes I have $349.54 between two bank accounts. I'm asking for your help to please help me get my boys back before Michael returns to Little Rock, April 1, 2015.
I tried to do this alone, obviously I can't and that's why I am asking for your help. I don't like telling everyone my business but I need and want my babies back. Please help.
