Nursing Life, Helping Life
It ain’t easy, but it’s worth it!

I am an Intensive Care Nurse.  I love that I have the daily opportunity to holistically care for and positively impact my patients and their families.  I have always said I paid my student loans off in the first year of working because I was so grateful to be a nurse and wanted others to have the same opportunity for loans. Now, due to The Novel Coronavirus everyone is talking more than ever about about loan relief for nurses.  We are working overtime, putting our lives at risk, and dealing with unimaginable ratios.  We deserve it.  However, I see, a big part of this stressful mess is due to the shortage in Nurses.  Why not focus on our future?

I want to switch the focus and start a scholarship fund for nursing school. The scholarship fund is for individuals who have lost a relative due to the COVID-19.

A typical hospital nursing work week is 36 hours, I suggest a donation of $36 from nurses, family members of nurses, or whoever would like donate to honor a nurse. Feel free to donate whatever you would like to allow another the opportunity to become a nurse.

To Nursing Life, Helping Life!

Thank you!
