Please help support Rosemary, a NYC nurse of 35 years and single mother of a 15 yr old daughter, who is need of some extra help but at this time, it is for herself. Diagnosed with colon cancer that had already metastasized to her lungs in July of 2014, Rosemary has received several years of chemotherapy and has exhausted all traditional treatments. She is hopeful for a clinical trial but at this time nothing is available so she plans to explore complementary treatment.
Financially, this as been a difficult time as well. Rosemary has worked up until last year and is not eligible for any Medicaid or government assistance, so she pays Cobra for herself and her daughter. This has caused an additional financial hardship.
Our family is hoping that she can have the financial resources to seek any treatment that she feels will help her. In cancer care, integrated medicine usually includes making sure that you have access to conventional medical treatment as well as different types of complementary treatments.
