Nurse Wayne Durmon Needs Heart Surgery

Medical emergency! This gentle 6'2 beautiful soul has been a Nurse and caregiver for 25 years! He unfortunately has suffered a massive heart attack.  The Doctors say his heart is so damaged they are trying to wait 3 weeks before surgery. It will be a quintuple bypass. The reason I'm reaching out with this page is Wayne has been a dedicated employee to me for almost 6 years. His job as a per diem nurse doesn't come with benefits unfortunately. This means, no sick time, no PTO, no insurance. His wife is also a per diem Nurse with no paid time off or insurance. I know it will be hard on him being the one cared for instead of the caregiver. I'm hopeful we can make this journey a little easier for this gentle giant, his wife and daughters. God bless you and this beautiful family.
