Estamos en una situación complicada.

Todos los ahorros e ingresos de nuestro trabajo personal, así como los aportes de familiares y amigos, los hemos depositado en la compra de un nuevo terreno donde dar a nuestras habitantes el lugar de igualdad y respeto que merecen tras salir del maltrato y la explotación constante.

Sin embargo una burocracia exasperante y enrevesada nos ha puesto en una situación de urgencia que nos obliga a construir toda la infraestructura en pocas semanas y trasladar inmediatamente a las habitantes.

Arkadia es uno de los dos Santuarios antiespecistas en Tenerife y desde hace 6 años hemos ayudado a más de 150 animales.

En este punto estamos al límite de nuestros recursos económicos y no podemos continuar.

Para que tengas la claridad necesaria te detallamos aquí las fases y costes restantes del proyecto:

1 => Licencia y gastos ingeniero: 5.000 €

2 => 1º Casa de los animales: 11.100 €

3 => 2º Casa de los animales: 14.218 €

4 => Vallado: 20.000 €

5 => Enfermería y almacén: 11.300 €

6 => Estercolero y cuarto de bombas: 530 €

7 => Red de saneamiento: 4.230 €

8 => Red de abastecimiento: 590 €

9 => Red eléctrica: 11.550 €

TOTAL: 78.518 €

We are in a difficult situation.

All our savings and personal work income, as well as contributions from family and friends, have been invested in purchasing new land to give our residents the place of equality and respect they deserve after escaping constant abuse and exploitation.

However, exasperating and convoluted bureaucracy has put us in an urgent situation, forcing us to build all the infrastructure in just a few weeks and immediately relocate the residents.

Arkadia is one of the two anti-speciesist sanctuaries in Tenerife, and over the past six years, we have helped more than 150 animals.

At this point, we are at the limit of our financial resources and cannot continue.

This is where we need you.

To provide the necessary clarity, here is a breakdown of the remaining phases and costs of the project:

1 => License and engineer fees: 5,000€

2 => 1st Animal House: 11,100€

3 => 2nd Animal House: 14,218€

4 => Fencing: 20,000€

5 => Infirmary and storage: 11,300€

6 => Manure pit and pump room: 530€

7 => Sanitation network: 4,230€

8 => Water supply network: 590€

9 => Electrical network: 11,550€
