Hurricane Laura Relief

There is really not a good way to explain to y’all the devastation that was left behind by Hurricane Laura. Some of us are on our way to recovery and some aren’t.
We have a family member that is in desperate need of help.
Larry and Kay lost everything they own plus their home. They are living in a house where mold is already forming in every room. The house at some point will have to be destroyed as it is a total loss.
FEMA is dragging their feet on everything and they may not get help for a period of up to 6 months. They cannot survive in that house for 6 months, that mold will kill them by then.
There may be two or three ways to help them.
If anyone has a camper or motor home they can borrow there is a big enough area to set it up next to the house. We could start a go fund me to try to gather funds but I’m not sure we could collect enough to furnish them with something to live in. If I could get him fema vouchers for a motel they would haveto travel and have no means of transportation. 
I would like some positive feedback to this with maybe more ideas to discuss for help.
Any negative comments will be deleted so if you have something ugly to say keep it to yourself. 

My uncle is not in the best of health therefore the reason to get them out of that house as soon as possible. 

We need to take care of our family as best we can.
