Shorna's Cancer Journey

My friend Shorna came down with cancer last year, which eventually spread through her lymph node to her neck and groin areas. This battle has been a rollercoaster of emotions especially with limited resources and not being able to afford the proper care and treatment she needs to help her fight. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise money to cover hospital fees, medication, everyday necessities, transportation, and also to assist her son. This fight is important because like Shorna, anyone can become a victim of this disease despite of their age, sex, or race and with this assistance it would help ease the stress of uncertainty and delays in treatment as she would now have the funds needed.
