Ghana Mission Trip

Donation protected
Friends and Family,
I'm thrilled to share that God has opened the door for me to go on mission to Ghana, Africa in March 2020. I’m excited to return to Africa to be God’s hands and feet and to join in the ongoing work that other missionaries are doing according to His plan.
I have the privilege of partnering with a non-profit organization called, H.O.P.E. Missions (Helping Open People's Eyes). This organization was founded in 2017. H.O.P.E. Missions continues to lead an ongoing effort to build Ghana economically, educationally and culturally. This is done by creating sustainable communities and providing modern educational resources for adults and children throughout underdeveloped villages in Ghana.
This year’s goal while in Accra, Ghana is to deliver 500-700 backpacks full of school supplies and deliver them to the students in Accra and Kumasi. H.O.P.E. Missions will be building a school in Ghana for Elementary School students called HOPE 18 International Academy. In the evening this school will be open as a trade-school for the local Ghanaians. During our time in Ghana the team will meet with government officials to register the school and break ground for the new building. The team will also hold a two day disciple making conference continuing to be obedient to the Great Commission. May we not only provide the Ghanaians with a school and backpacks but may we introduce them to the provider of all their needs, Jesus. May they come to know Him as their Lord and Savior.

In order for the H.O.P.E Missions team to travel to Ghana and do the work God is leading us to do, we cannot do this work without your help.
“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, and are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body-Jews or Greeks slaves or free-and all were made to drink of one Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:12-13

I’m asking you to prayerfully consider how you can partner and support the team of H.O.P.E. Missions. There are various ways to give support and no gift is too small.
-First and foremost I am asking you to join us in prayer. Pray specifically for those we will be in contact with in Ghana and those who are longing to hear the Gospel. May God continue to direct our steps and use us as His vessels to proclaim His name.

-In addition to your prayers we will also be collecting 500-700 backpacks packed with school supplies to take over to students in Ghana. I would be happy to meet you to pick up any school supplies or book bags you are able to donate or you can bring them to Northwest Baptist Church in Reisterstown.
Attached is a Amazon wishlist where you can directly purchase supplies for HOPE International Academy.

-The team is currently raising $16,000 to cover the government fees and ground breaking on HOPE 18 Academy.

-Lastly, I am raising money personally for airfare, logging and obtaining my Ghana Visa. Any additional money that is received will go directly to HOPE 18 International Academy.

“Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations”. -Mark 16:15

Thank you for your support and prayers.
In Christ,  Stephanie H.
