Hello everyone,

My name is Alejandra, and I am writing to you in a time of desperate need, hoping that the kindness and compassion of strangers can help me overcome the hardships that have devastated my life. Since 2019, I have faced a series of unimaginable challenges that have left me homeless and struggling to survive. I lost my job, which was my main source of income, and soon after, I lost my house, my car, and my credit cards. My financial situation spiraled out of control, and to make matters worse, I fell victim to a scam that wiped out what little savings I had left, leaving me with nothing. In an attempt to find some semblance of stability, I had a roommate move in with me. she and her son ultimately turned my life into a nightmare. This individual stole nearly everything I owned, including my beloved dog who was very sick at the time. She later called animal control to take my dog away, Her malicious actions were driven by a desire to take everything from me, leaving me broken and betrayed.

Living in a park has been incredibly challenging and dehumanizing. Every day is a battle for survival. i have fallen asleep and gad all my belongings stolen. I have constant harassment from the authorities. This only adds to the hardship. Being homeless is not a crime, yet we are treated as if we are less than human. The lack of a safe and stable place to stay everyday has taken a severe toll on my physical and mental health. Simple tasks that many people take for granted, such as finding a meal, a place to sleep, or a place to shower safely have become daily struggles. In addition to the daily fight for basic necessities, Also I am in urgent need of dental work. I was told the abcess would kill me if I don't receive proper treatment. The pain in my mouth is becoming unbearable. Dental care is something I cannot afford, and the discomfort affects my ability to eat, sleep, and function normally. This is yet another challenge added to the long list of obstacles I face every day.
