Depty Daniel Ayala was a Correctional Officer at the Solano County Sheriff's Department and was promoted to Deputy.
Recently Deputy Daniel Ayala was involved in a recreational boating accident on Lake Berryessa. As he was preparing to wakeboard, the tow boat was accidentally shifted into reverse and he sustained a propeller injury to his left foot. His friends quickly reacted applying first aid and rescuing him.
Deputy Ayala has a long road ahead to recovery with this injury but his doctors are optimistic. He has had surgery. He believes he is scheduled for a second surgery soon. He is at the UC Davis Med Center in Sacramento, in good spirits and willing to accept visitors if you wish. Let's come together and help him in this difficult time.
