Enzo surgery

Tax deductible

Hi everyone I’m sorry I didn’t update about Enzo it was very frustrating for me I took him for all possible vets I messaged for vets in California, New York, Madison, Indiana I tried all I vets could find in Wisconsin that I thought could help and no one see life on him everyone suggested euthanize for him. The only one see into his eyes life was me I understood it was not something simple he have bad legs and one broken vertebra in his neck that they told he never going to be able walk or move his body and nothing could be done for his neck really it was very upsetting but I decided give him a chance treatment by my self I medicated him with the help of my older daughter (she is vet student in Brazil) I did therapies, I didn’t slept for days, and in 3 weeks he was trying standing by his self he was doing everything fine I was so proud of him but I knew something should be done with his legs I decided beg for the last vet at Purdue university for help him with his legs was my only option I could not believe when the doctor replied my message : “”Thanks for reaching out. The only way I would consider it is to perform a MRI of his neck to assess his spinal cord. He also needs to have his stifles reevaluated. Radiographs minimum. Estimate for an MRI plus whatever surgery he would need would be $4000-5000. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thanks.””He did MRI X-rays and everything was ok he going to need 2 surgery the first one is on July 6th he going to have his back legs amputate and going to be able have a custom wheelchair for move around the second is for clean his shoulders but just going to happen after he recovers.I still don’t know the estimate for the second surgery

Now happy Snout Ranch really needs your help I try hard don’t ask for donations but for be able save Enzo and give him a good quality of life he just wants to live. He deserve the best life so please help me save and give him the life he deserve! If you can’t donate please share!!!!

original history! Update!!! I take so long to update because I didn’t have any good news at Purdue university after more test they find out que also have a broken bone in his neck and they also can’t do nothing just the human euthanize. He is doing well eating grass drinks his bottle don’t seem to have pain so I bring he home and I going to spoil and love him as much as I can when his time comes I’ll give him a comfortable end.
I knew it wouldn't be easy I knew he was very sick but I decided to fight for him anyway I don't give up I have the hope that a miracle can happen! Thanks everyone for sending him good vibes!
Here I am, some people are asking me “what are you doing there? I answer: following my heart again! I fell in love again with such a small and fragile being full of light and the will to live!
Meet Enzo, a little warrior who has been fighting since his first day of life. I can't imagine how much pain he feels, fear, hunger, loneliness, but he is strong, he endured everything, he is a true warrior! He came from a farm where he would not make a profit so simply no one cared to take him to a veterinarian, he didn’t have the care and love he deserved so he was left on his own until someone who works there decided to ask for help in various sanctuaries but none had space. I did everything possible to bring him to HSR to try to alleviate his suffering. We went to UW Madison and then tests and X-rays diagnosed septic arthritis in an advanced state and told me that nothing could be done the only help that could be given would be human euthanasia. I got in touch with other experienced sanctuary owners and asked for advice because I didn't just want to accept ending his life like this, but I also didn't want to be selfish and let him suffer. This is a very difficult decision especially when the animal is eating , drinking and has such a will to live in his eyes. So after many phone calls i found support from some friends. I decided he deserves a chance and i will give him one as long as i see light in those eyes. I will fight for my little warrior prince Enzo!
The veterinary bills are mounting, we will need help, so if you can please help save Enzo. Please help by donating 1, 5, 10 dollars no matter how much we can do a miracle and this prince can have a dignified life. If you cannot donate please share maybe your friends can help! Thank you from Happy Snout Ranch.
