Burned and left out in the cold

 As some of you know I have been without a vehicle since the spring, when my Jeep fell into major disrepair, so I've been riding the bus to work while I tried to save up for another Firefly ready vehicle.  After all my attempts to make savings happen, including taking personal loans in excess of $1,000, I finally decided on this SUV I found online.  As it was being sold from a mechanics lot I was lead to believe that it was repaired up to a basic functioning level.

 However after money was exchanged and papers signed, I brought it to my companies mechanic for a "pre-inspection" check-up only to discover it's an absolute lemon!

 Now, even though I emailed/texted/called the seller within the 1 week grace period and made my case for a return/refund, he isn't budging.  Citing he was making the deal "in good faith" and the bile of sale states it's "as is", along with a laundry list of excuses why he doesn't have my money to give back.  So now I'm left holding this bill of false goods and left out to freeze everyday this winter as I continue to use public transit.
