Daisy's Leg Surgery

Our little chihuahua Daisy needs surgery! Daisy is a rescue and we don't know much about her start in life, but over the last 2 years we've loved watching her grow into the funniest, most loving little character in the tiniest of packages.
Unfortunately she has Luxating Patella in both of her back legs, which basically means her kneecaps pop out of position at random. She needs surgery on both legs to correct this as it's getting worse and will cause long-term damage if left untreated.
The surgery is £785 per leg, but could go up to £1085 per leg if her cruciate ligaments need to be fixed (vets won't know this until they operate).
Any assistance to help cover the cost of Daisy's surgery would be so greatly appreciated, so she can get back to being her feisty little self, running and playing without any pain or leg-popping!
