Santa Rosa Firestorm Victim

My brother lost everything at his place in Journeys End Mobile Home Park when the park was destroyed in the Santa Rosa firestorm.  He left with just his car. The power had gone out 15 minutes prior to his quick evacuation and so his glasses, necessary medicines, papers, photos and clothes were left behind in the darkness.  Anything you can do to help get him back on his feet would be appreciated.
