We are raising money to fund Rocky's Memorial in Greencastle and create a scholarship in Rocky's name.

How the funds will be used (be specific as possible): These funds were raised to support the purchase and installation of a memorial at Rocky's Alma mater and for his widow. There was no specific designation on how his widow would use the funds. That was to be left up to her.
If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf:
I plan to send two checks and would, frankly, prefer to not get the money at all but there didn't appear to be a simple way to split the payments up for two different destinations when I was setting up the withdrawal. $1,500 will be sent to the individual that planned the memorial to reimburse him for expenses related to a memorial boulder, plaque and installation at DePauw University to commemorate Rocky. The rest of the funds will go to Rocky's widow.
