Nolan's Wheelchair Accessible Van

I am a single mother of a very special 13 year old Special Needs child. His name is Nolan and he is loved by everyone who has ever met him. We are in desperate need of a handicapped van to transport him to and from his many many doctors appointments. It would also be nice to get him out of the house for some social activities and something fun. Seems like all we do is go to doctor's appointments and nothing fun.

Nolan was born at 25 wks and is a surviving of twins. The boys were 1 lb 8 oz and 1 lb 10 oz. I had to have an emergency c-section.  They were so tiny and had to be supported by ventillators. They were so sick from an infection that sent me into labor. They had  many complications from being so early. Nolan's twin made it for a whole week before he had perferations in his bowell that ultimately led to his death.  

Nolan is now 110 lbs and I am unable to continue to lift him into a vehicle to transport him. He is now 3 wks post op from a serious hip surgery and bow cannot be transported any way other than in his wheelchair.

I am not one to ask anyone for help and have managed to take care of him on my own for 13 years. We are constantly fighting insurance for his feeding supplies, proceedures, 

 Despite all that he has been through, he is the happiest child I know. So full of life and the sweetest smiles in the world.

I really dont like to ask for help but we are in desperate need of a van for Nolan. He has been through so much and deserves it. It pains me that I cannot provide this for him on my own. I do not want the attention of a fundraiser in our small town. I have made it this far without doing so and am determined not to have to. Thanks so much for hearing our story. Please share
