<div>Welcome to my GoFundMe campaign! I’m Nównøis, formerly known as NAGYEDi, and I’m embarking on an exciting journey to record and release my first LP under my new moniker. After two decades of enriching the music scenes in Hungary, and now in the UK, I’ve evolved into an artist probably influenced by trip-hop legends like Portishead, Tricky, Massive Attack, Björk, along with Alanis Morissette, Erykah Badu, Nina Simone, Whitney Houston, while growing into an adult in the Global Underground era. I stopped listening to music for a few years to hear my inner voice and to create a sound that’s truly my own. This transition is not just about a new name, but a new sonic era that echoes my unique style and creative vision.

<div>I mainly create music (and everything related) while my kids are asleep -- oin the same space. This limitation requires a high level of dedication and discipline, above the average planning and managing skills, and lots of sacrifice. All this with neurodivergent conditions.

<div>With this campaign, I aim to bring my latest project to life: a self-produced LP filled with unique songs that blend my past experiences with my innovative musical approach. Each track is a reflection of my journey and a step towards a new chapter in my career. Your support will help cover the costs of additional studio time, production, and promotion, ensuring that each note and lyric is crafted with the utmost care. It takes a lot of courage to share this journey, the incomplete art, the raw ideas, the imperfection... but I'm enjoying it a lot, and I hope, you too.

<div>As Nównøis, I’ve already begun laying the groundwork for this project (<a href="https://www.nownois.com/music/verses-ep" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">EP1 • verses is OUT</a> on every major platform with the focus on Bandcamp and my website), experimenting with sound designs and collaborating with other artists to bring diversity to my music. The release of this LP will mark a significant milestone in my career, one that promises to enhance my practice and share my evolving sound with a wider audience.
