Now We're Talking

Now We’re Talking is an app that aims to change the way the people around the world view and communicate about change in their governments by facilitating the debate process. Now We’re Talking allows users to view issues/legislation in scrolling (UITableView) cells on the topics page also containing a header made up of second UIView and 3 UIButtons for the Influence page, graphs page and favorites page. Once a cell is clicked the user shall be taken to the discussion page where they are then able to agree or disagree with the issue with buttons in an alert. Upon making a decision users shall be then placed into groups of 10 for debate where they shall be able to link articles from the scrolling link view(horizontal UITableView) in the message board area of the discussions page or from a button with the original government link. The groups shall be balanced by the percentage of total users that agree or disagree ie. if 50% agree the ratio should be 5-5 and so on. In this way, users shall be able to act as representatives of their opinion in a real debate setting. each time a user is convinced to change opinions (using the opinion buttons also located on the discussion page) users in that group are placed into a new group. Once an opinion is changed the user will be greeted with an alert with 10buttons asking which of the users contributed to the change in your opinion. A scrolling UITableView of users with the most points shall be visible in custom cells on the influence page along with a search bar and header. Once a cell from this table is selected the user is brought to the profile page which contains the header with influence button, graphs button, and the topics button. Users shall also be able to post a profile picture, story or cell post from the postsPage by clicking the with profilePicture button. The postsPage shall consist of the header and three views that shall change forward and backward positions when the transition button is tapped in the lower left hand corner. topics shall be able to be favourited on the discussion page as well with a UIButton. Once tagged as a favourite the topic shall appear in a cell on the profile page. A custom graph of total user opinions on that topic(highlighted) as well as other topics shall also be available in a scrolling view upon clicking the title button in the header of any page. The UI with a few exceptions has been created. I need someone with experience to build the server as well as to register as a business with the state of California. I am looking for funds or a partnership that shall go towards business registration fees,  server space, and the hiring of a programmer. I strongly believe this project has the power to benefit the world in so many ways.
