November press-up challenge for Cancer Research

Hi all, I am taking part in the November press-up challenge. With the help of JP fitness I will be doing 100 press-ups every day of November in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

This past few months this illness has hit close to home so I wanted to take this opportunity to raise as much as I can for a great cause.

I've already started the press-ups and can tell you I will need all the support I can get. Donate as little or as much as you want, or even just drop some words of support.. il be grateful either way
