<div>I created Truly Nourished after recognizing a deep and ongoing need in our communities: families are navigating daily life without consistent access to healthy food while also carrying the weight of stress, burnout, and limited mental health support.

<div>When the body is undernourished and the mind is overwhelmed, it impacts everything, from a parent’s ability to show up, to a child’s ability to focus, to the overall well-being of a household.

<div>We are launching our first 8-week Truly Nourished program, designed to support 15 families through a combination of:

<div>Weekly plant-based meal support
</div>
<div>Nutrition education
</div>
<div>Mental wellness resources
</div>
<div>Community-centered support
</div>

<div>This program is about more than food, it’s about creating a foundation for healing, stability, and long-term wellness.

<div>We are raising $10,500 to fully fund this program and ensure it is delivered with care, consistency, and quality.
